Subscription Policy & Reminder

Our subscriptions operate on a monthly basis. You will receive a reminder via WhatsApp approximately one month in advance, allowing you to select your preferred type of pasta.

For regular dried pasta, you may choose from our standard offerings. For customized pasta options, please note these are unique or limited-edition products made with special ingredients or in different shapes.

Cancellation & Notification
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please notify us at least two weeks before the start of the next subscription cycle. Cancellations must be made via WhatsApp to ensure we receive your request in a timely manner. Failure to do so will result in the subscription being automatically renewed and charged accordingly.

If our selection reminder is missed or declined by the customer, a product will be randomly selected and delivered based on the subscription plan.
